Aufgaben

Support the implementation, execution, and governance of business processes (Business Process Management)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT
Contribute to Data Management and Data Governance initiatives to ensure high data quality
Act as first-level support for business-related system issues and process inquiries
Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities in master data-driven processes
Support the execution of mass data updates (mass changes) in enterprise systems
Analyze and resolve data-related issues to maintain operational efficiency
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems and processes
Track and manage incident resolution, including stakeholder communication and status updates
Drive continuous process improvement (CPI/KVP) across business and data management activities

Profil

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics
Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, IT, Supply Chain, or Regulatory environments
Relevant experience in data- or process-driven roles
Hands-on experience with SAP systems and enterprise data environments
Strong understanding of business processes and data lifecycle management
Knowledge of data quality, data integrity, and compliance requirements
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data and process-related issues
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
High level of accuracy, reliability, and structured working approach
