Job duties

• Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties and routine functions

• Drafting of proposal and report in Chinese

• Maintain and update various database

• Responsible for office procurement, office maintenance and inventory control

• Assist in invoice checking and budgeting

• Assist in handling office renovation and relocation work

• Provide support in company events and activities

• Perform ad-hoc duties, other assignments and projects as required

Requirement

• Degree holder in related field with at least 5 years practical experiences in office administration;

• Strong proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint

• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible, proactive, detail-minded, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must

• Willing to work overtime (include weekends and holidays)

• Work experience in Chinese culture environment

• Knowledge of accounting will be an advantage

• Immediately available is preferred
