Your new company is a leading global investment bank with a strong presence across Asia looking for an Analyst/ AVP with a quant background.

Your new role

• Supporting daily trading system readiness and ensuring optimal platform performance before the market opens.
• Monitoring intraday order flow and electronic execution activity across regional equity markets.
• Managing trading exceptions, incidents, and escalations while coordinating with internal technology and operational teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Working closely with Technology, Compliance, Trade Surveillance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class client support.
• Supporting trading account setup, client onboarding activities, and trading limit configurations.
• Conducting analysis of trading data and helping identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Responding to client enquiries and assisting with information requests from exchanges, regulators, and internal control functions.
• Monitoring market developments, trading activity, and associated risks within a highly regulated environment.
• Contributing to risk management, controls, and strategic technology initiatives that enhance the client trading experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience developing and deploying Generative AI / LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and API-driven models.
• Good understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, although AWS or GCP experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including SQL, APIs, data pipelines, and feature engineering.
• Proven experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or squad-based delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• A passion for innovation and continuous learning within the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
