• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and revenue of digital services in AlipayHK.

• Drive innovation by launching new initiatives to grow the business.

• Analyze conversion, customer behavior, and promotion effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product performance and deliver an excellent user experience.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder or above

• 10+ years of experience in digital growth and product development. Experience in e-commerce marketplace is a significant advantage.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment, and leading impactful product launches and go-to-market campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and business performance.

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
