Role Summary

A critical role within the eTrading Market Access team supporting electronic trading platforms for Equities & Derivatives trading across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support trading applications for Equities & Derivatives across Windows/Linux platforms
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose production environment issues
3. Manage daily production problems and user requests
4. Conduct system QA testing and application deployments
5. Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency
6. Follow ITIL Application Support methodology

Required Qualifications

1. University degree in IT
2. 1-2 years trading support experience
3. Strong technical skills in Linux/Unix, Python, shell scripting
4. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP, UDP, FIX)
5. Proficiency in Excel/VBA
6. Fluent English communication
