Responsibilities

Top-tier Corporate Guest Experience

Act as the brand ambassador to deliver personalized, bilingual/trilingual guided tours and presentations for VIP visitors (government delegations, institutional clients, and senior executives).
Customize visiting routes, VIP protocols, and presentation materials; continuously refine corporate storytelling scripts to reflect the brand's latest Fintech innovations.

Corporate Event & Venue Management

Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, including strategic signing ceremonies, industry seminars, cross-border exchanges etc.
Manage event logistics: proposal writing, onsite setups and control, vendor sourcing (catering, production, gifts), crisis management, and post-event reviews.

Executive Lounge & Bespoke Hospitality Management

Oversee the daily operations and ambiance of the private lounge
Arrange high-end food & beverage services during high-level executive meetings, board luncheons, and private banquets.
Ensure impeccable venue maintenance, inventory management, floral arrangements, and operational hygiene.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.
4-6 years of guest service and event management experience in airlines, luxury hotels, high-end private clubs, executive centres, or co-working space
Native or near-native fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills are required
Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
Personal Traits: Fast learner, highly attentive to detail, resilient under pressure, and a strong team player with multi-tasking abilities.
