About the team

Credit Section is responsible for end-to-end credit-related tasks, including independent risk assessment on credit applications, documentation review and checking, credit administration and control, branch portfolio analysis and reporting, and regulatory subjects, etc..

Credit Control and Administration Team is responsible for credit facilities registration, due date control of credit related matters, preparation of credit control reports, audit / bank confirmation, collateral evaluation and monitoring of credit approval conditions / instructions from BP, etc..

 

Role requirements

• Credit lines and facilities registration;
• Due date control of credit related matters;
• Prepare credit control reports;
• Financial spreading input in CDM;
• Audit / bank confirmation handling for local, H.O. and domestic branches customers;
• Evaluate collaterals and update Collateral Ledgers;
• Monitor current exposure limit - limit excess & 70% limit alarm point and expiry of credit rating and credit applications;
• Manage approval conditions / instructions from BP, CDM expired /cancelled protection & collateral /insurance due date;
• To perform other duties / projects as designated by Team Head / Section Head.

Essential Functions

• Ensure smooth operations of daily works;
• Prepare periodic internal and/or external management reports with accuracy and timeliness;
• Ensure good collaboration of working, knowledge sharing and guidance within team.

Competencies

• The individual should be able to judge priority among tasks and makes practical scheduling and time management to complete tasks before deadline.

• He/she should respect for, and commit to high standards of business conduct and integrity.

Work experience, education and skills

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or related discipline;
• Basic Knowledge in accounting & finance is preferred;
• Good computer skills and experienced in MS Office applications;
• Process work in a timely, punctual manner, active, open minded;
• Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure.
