Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate analyst meetings, non-deal roadshows, expert network consultations, and investor conferences for institutional clients
2. Arrange corporate access events, including due diligence meetings, company visits, and management meetings
3. Partner closely with Equity Sales, Research, and Investment Banking teams to facilitate investor engagement opportunities
4. Prepare management reports, track corporate access activities, and maintain accurate records
5. Support business initiatives, strategic projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Equity Sales, or a related function within a financial institution
3. Strong understanding of capital markets and the institutional investment landscape
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
