We're looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join an exciting portfolio of clienteling and digital customer experience projects within an international, premium consumer environment.

What you'll do

Act as a key bridge between business, IT and digital teams
Gather, analyse and clarify business requirements
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple projects and workstreams
Facilitate meetings and workshops and turn discussions into clear actions
Track decisions, actions, dependencies, risks and next steps
Support clienteling, CRM and digital customer experience initiatives
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain momentum
Prepare and communicate clear project updates
Identify roadblocks and bring the right people together to resolve them

What we're looking for

Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, BA/PM or similar
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering experience
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Confidence working across business and technology teams
Proactive, organised and comfortable driving conversations forward
Strong professional English
