Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a core project team member in the New Business & Underwriting (NBUW) system transformation project, supporting project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify operational pain points, and contribute to process redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and IT teams to define, document, and validate detailed business and user requirements.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution management, defect tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support business readiness, change management, and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Duties

• Conduct business process reviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven assessments to identify root causes, business needs, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and impact assessments, evaluating business benefits, operational implications, implementation considerations, and project risks.
• Review Functional Design Specifications (FDS), clarify requirements with IT teams, and validate that proposed solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
• Perform impact and dependency analysis across systems, functions, and stakeholders while proactively managing project risks, issues, and requirement gaps.
• Develop test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios, while coordinating business users during UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, training, and post-implementation support.
