As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Case Management Manager to join the team.

Your new role

• Manage new case submissions by coordinating the end-to-end process of life insurance applications and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all case handling activities.
• Act as a liaison between front office and back office teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor case progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or escalations to meet standard operating procedures.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of case files, documentation, and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely and accurate decision-making on complex cases.
• Prepare management reports on operational performance for senior leadership review.
• Drive customer-centric practices by ensuring policyholders receive clear communication, timely updates, and empathetic support throughout the case lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in case management, distribution operations, or sales support
  
• 
  Exposure to Life Insurance Products and Life Insurance Industry is preferred
  
• 
  Relevant Insurance qualifications is a plus
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  
• 
  Communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• 
  Able to work independently and as part of a team
