Job Description

Processing and managing import trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, bills collection, and trade loans.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout all trade finance operations.
Conducting document checks to verify accuracy and adherence to trade finance standards.
Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
Monitoring trade finance limits and ensuring timely updates to relevant systems.
Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions to trade finance-related issues.
Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management review.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements within trade finance operations.

The Successful Applicant

Proven knowledge of trade finance products, including letters of credit and bills collection.
Familiarity with local and international trade finance regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct document checks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in relevant banking systems and software.
A positive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
