My client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a Data Transformation Lead to enable the use of data to inform strategic and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into data solutions to improve data-related processes and outcomes. The role will also involve leveraging AI, creating and communicating data-driven insights, partnering with stakeholders across the organization, and promoting data literacy to help build and sustain a data-driven culture.

Requirements

1. At least 7 years of experience, including roles in data strategy, analytics, or business partnering.
2. Proven track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
3. Strong knowledge of capital markets and global markets.
