Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Perform reconciliation and cash and trade position and resolve the break on timely manner.
2. Perform NAV calculation on assigned hedge funds.
3. Process settlement on payment.
4. Handle general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required;
5. Assist in the invoicing process, collection of receivables.
6. Provide support to other operations’ tasks as assigned from time to time.
7. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Master's Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines.
2. 2-4 years of working experience preferably gained in the financial services industry. Experience in Fund Services experience would be a plus.
3. Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications, including the ability to produce neatly presented work.
