Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting the daily operational management of funds, including account opening, trade settlement, cash transfers, expense payments, and periodic reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of fund operations and management
- Optimize fund operational processes to reduce operational risks
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, including administrators, custodians, auditors, and counterparties
- Assist in the launch of new products, design operational workflows, and conduct related testing
- Be familiar with public funds, ETF products, and derivatives trading
- Handle other tasks assigned by the department
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant work experiences in fund operations.
- Experience in buy-side, financial advisory (FA), or brokerage derivatives desk operations is preferred.
- Familiar with derivatives trading operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
