Job Description

• Collaboratively work with the Global RFP functions as well as various teams within the global organisation
• Developing a strong knowledge of the key products and mandates, with a particular focus on private credit and multi asset solutions
• Proactively organise workload to meet client and internal deadlines
• Confidently liaise with the investment product teams and sales relationship teams to determine client requirements, allocate responsibilities and project manage the entire RFP completion process
• Crafting a high-quality document using the RFP database to source standard answers, working on new responses and tailoring all content to the particular proposal requirements
• Tracking and monitoring the RFP pipeline of work in progress
• Proactively contributing to the ongoing improvement of RFP content team's processes and systems
