Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
Foster strong and long-term relationships with prospective clients, universities, student organizations, education agents, parents, and alumni networks through multiple channels, focusing on Mainland Chinese students.
Develop and execute structured waitlist, application and referral program mechanism to drive sustainable growth.
Manage the full leasing cycle: unit showings, tenant screening, negotiations, contract preparation, and move-in processes.
Support community-building activities to create meaningful connections and promote the living space lifestyle.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimize pricing, promotions, and positioning of the company in the student accommodation market.
Handle inquiries via all online and offline channels; deliver exceptional customer service to convert leads into signed leases.
Prepare regular leasing reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, open houses, and promotional events targeted at students and parents.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate leasing, preferably in residential, student accommodation, or serviced apartments in Hong Kong.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market, especially for Mainland Chinese Students
Familiar with Chinese social media channels including Redbook and Wechat
Excellent command in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
Deep understanding of the Hong Kong student housing market, university networks, and local tenancy laws.
Results-oriented with a proactive, strategic, hunter mentality.
