Job Duties
- Manage, support, and maintain daily operations for fixed networks (LAN/WAN), wireless connectivity, Internet services, and overseas branches to ensure high stability and performance .
- Configure, deploy, and manage security and traffic management infrastructure, including next-generation firewalls, Site-to-Site IPsec VPNs, F5 load balancers, Nginx, and enterprise Wi-Fi (mobility controllers, access points, and NAC) .
- Maintain security rule sets (web isolation, web proxy, DLP) and assist in defining overall network and security policies and baselines .
- Partner with internal application development teams and stakeholders to design and provision network environments across dev, test, and production phases, as well as support solution rollouts and problem resolution .
- Provide high-tier technical troubleshooting for complex network incidents and manage external vendors/counterparts for connectivity management .
- Facilitate team cooperation, share technical expertise, and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management .
- Experience & Education: Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure support . Higher Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science required; a Degree in IT/Computer Science is preferred .
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, and Huawei devices .
- Systems & Tools: Hands-on experience with next-gen firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, enterprise Wi-Fi products, network monitoring tools (e.g., iMC, LEM), and various operating systems .
- Certifications: CCNP, HCIP, H3CSE, F5, Aruba, or HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework qualifications are preferred/an advantage .
- Soft Skills & Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and action-planning abilities . Proactive, customer-oriented team player with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills .
