Our client is looking for Tax Manager to join the team

The Role

• Provide international tax advice to headquarter and subsidiaries; Actively support Asia-Pacific Regional Initiatives
• Responsible for transfer pricing management, tax planning for investment and financing structures, and cross-border tax optimization
• Handle profits tax filings for HK Companies
• Participate in group restructuring and M&A Projects

• Perform in other tax related assignments as requested by headquarter

Your Profile

• Bachelor in Finance / Accounting
• 8 years of relevant experience in international tax / transfer pricing
• Experience working in SOE (state-owned enterprise) or Chinese company would be a plus
• CPA qualification
