Customer Service Assistant / Officer (Insurance)

About the Job We are hiring for a well-known insurance company in Hong Kong. They are looking for friendly and helpful Customer Service Assistant Officers to join their team. This is a great chance to learn different skills, as you will handle phone calls, face-to-face service, and office work.

What You Will Do

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers and insurance agents.

• Help customers face-to-face at the service counter and handle basic cashier duties.

• Make outbound calls to follow up with retail customers and agents when needed.

• Solve customer problems quickly and politely.

• Do general admin and other simple tasks as needed.

What You Need

• Form 6 / Matriculated education or above.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.

• Good listening skills and a helpful, caring attitude.

• Able to speak and write clearly in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Basic computer skills, especially using MS Excel.

• Chinese typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

About the Insurance License (IIQE)

• Having IIQE Paper 1 and 3 is highly preferred.

• If you do not have the license: You can still apply! You just need to sign up for the IIQE 1 and 3 exams yourself and pass them during your probation period. The company will pay you back for the exam fees.
