Hands-on Data & BI role focused on Azure Databricks and Power BI. Build ETL pipelines, transform raw data using SQL/Python/PySpark, and develop dashboards for business users. Junior candidates with practical experience are welcome. Fluent Cantonese required.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports
Work hands-on with Azure Databricks for data processing and transformation
Transform raw data into clean, structured and reporting-ready datasets
Develop, maintain and optimize ETL/data pipelines
Use SQL, Python and/or PySpark for data processing and analysis
Work with data lake and large-scale datasets
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements, KPIs and business logic
Conduct data validation and ensure reporting accuracy
Support UAT, user briefings and training
Translate complex datasets into practical business insights

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks is highly important
Hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience
Knowledge of SQL and data transformation
Experience with ETL, data pipelines or data processing
Python and/or PySpark experience is highly preferred
Experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse is advantageous
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable communicating with business stakeholders
Fluent Cantonese is required
Open to candidates from any industry
Junior candidates with strong relevant hands-on experience are welcome
