Mission

As a Salesforce Developer, you build out the support organization for Salesforce supporting the commercial team

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning components
• Build and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) to automate business processes
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services for secure integrations
• Customize standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
• Handle deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 4 - 7 years relevant experience required
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II required
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with Salesforce Sale, service CPQ
• Experience of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, in a team environment, including different time zone
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
