Client Profile

Our client are a growing busniess providing specialist construction services, due to continued growth they are seeking to appoint an experienced accounts professional to manage their finances.

The Role

This role will report directly to the Senior Management Team and is a hands on role in a small team. This will offer progression in line with business growth and could suit someone considering the Accountancy exams or at the early stages of them. Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Manage accounts payable, receiveable and payroll
• Cashflow, budgeting and forecasting
• Develop and deliver KPI's
• Tax returns
• Review and develop policies and procedures
• Manage financial systems

The Person:

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Ability to work in small company environment
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong IT skills, Sage 50 beneficial
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
• Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
