We’re growing our KYC practice, with a number of positions available for several projects that require further support across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform KYC due diligence on new and existing clients in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
2. Collect, review, and validate client documentation to support onboarding and periodic reviews
3. Prepare and maintain KYC files, conduct screening checks, and identify potential risks or red flags
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely completion
5. Escalate high-risk or unusual client profiles to the appropriate escalation point
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and internal policy changes
7. Support client onboarding and ongoing CDD activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 2+ years’ experience in a KYC or AML role within Financial Services
2. Strong understanding of KYC and AML requirements, particularly for complex entities such as: Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Trusts and Foundations, Investment Funds and Regulated Financial Institutions
3. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FATCA, CRS, and AIFMD
4. Experience using client onboarding systems and compliance databases (e.g. World-Check, LexisNexis, Refinitiv)
5. Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
6. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
