Our client, based in South Dublin, is a high-end designer of elegant bathrooms. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will involve the following duties:

• All aspects of the company's day-to-day bookkeeping requirements
• Management of VAT, PAYE, RCT, Intrastat and VIES returns
• Management of weekly and monthly Payroll
• Customer invoicing
• Credit control
• Supplier rebate management
• Maintenance of Annual Leave roster
• Preparation of monthly management accounts

Qualifications/Experience :

• Accounting Technician or similar
• Experience with Intact software is a distinct advantage, but not necessary as full training will be provided
• Experience in Payroll Management and the use of Brightpay Software essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Highly numerate with attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised, good communicator, and team worker
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking, and flexible
