Role Summary

Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We're looking for a Techincal Architect for our Finance IT department to join our team.

Role Purpose :

• This is Technical Architect role within Information Technology Security Department (ITSD) workstream to deliver rollout of EMEA e-invoicing VAT regulatory program using a SaaS vendor product called Pagero
• The Technical Architect is responsible for defining an end-to-end technical architecture for an e-invoicing and VAT SaaS solutionm ensuring secure, scalable and compliant integration with enterprise finance and ERP systems. The role provides architetcural leadership across vendor solutions, internal platforms and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilites :

• Define end-to-end architecture for thee-invoicing/VAT SaaS implementation, covering application, integration, data and security layers
• Evaluate and challenge vendor solution designs against SMB enterprise architecture standards by doing vendor cloud assessment
• Produce architecture artifacts (logical, physical, integration, data flow diagrams)
• Ensuring architectural decisions support scalability , resilience and regulatory compliance

Candidate Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Technical / Solution Architect delivering enterprise SaaS solutions
• Strong experience designing integrations between SaaS platforms and ERP/Finance systems
• Strong understanding of API-led and event driven architecture

The anticipated salary range for this role is €72,000-€134,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, role scope, location, and relevant market factors. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award and a competitive benefits package, including core benefits such as pension provision.
