Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Design and develop secure backend services, RESTful APIs, database architectures, and microservices using Spring Boot Java and Redis.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable application components.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility across large-scale B2C platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in full-stack software development across frontend and backend technologies.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Spring Boot Java, and Redis.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs, implementing JWT authentication, state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX, and version control using Git.
• Proven experience designing scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system architecture challenges.
• Strong leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior developers and promoting development best practices.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in international development environments.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Basic level.
• English: Fluent.
