TSE-listed technology company experiencing strong business growth is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its growing international finance team.

The Role

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Support external audits and prepare materials for audit engagements.
• Assist with corporate tax and consumption tax filings.
• Support accounting processes related to revenue recognition and cost accounting.
• Participate in projects such as revenue recognition, cost accounting, and transfer pricing.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under the Companies Act and support disclosure activities under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
• Review and develop appropriate accounting treatments as the business continues to expand.
• The main area of responsibility will be determined based on your experience and strengths.

Your Skills

• Experience in accounting, including financial closing and reporting.
• Knowledge of Japanese corporate tax and consumption tax is advantageous.
• Experience with statutory reporting, audit, or disclosure-related activities is preferred.
• Business-level English is preferred, with opportunities to communicate with international teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with revenue recognition, cost accounting, or transfer pricing projects is a plus.
