Missions

As Head of Wealth Management - Spain, you will report to the Head of South Europe in Luxembourg and to the CEO of the Branch in Spain. You will lead a dedicated team of Wealth Managers and Client Support Officers, driving the growth and development of our Spanish and Spanish-speaking client base. You will be responsible for defining and executing a commercial strategy aligned with the Bank's risk appetite, with a particular focus on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs).

A key aspect of your role will be to strengthen and enhance the relationship with our CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) branch in Spain.

More into details, you will perform the following missions:

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy to initiate, expand, and deepen relationships within the Spanish market, targeting both existing and prospective UHNW clients.
• Foster a smooth and robust collaboration with our branch in Spain, ensuring business alignment and the effective promotion of Luxembourg solutions and vehicles, in compliance with the rules in both jurisdictions and based on our clients'/prospects' needs.
• Promote our full range of wealth management services, including discretionary management, investment advisory, wealth planning, and financing, to clients and prospects, tailoring solutions to their specific needs and projects.
• Proactively expand your network through targeted prospecting and ensure comprehensive coverage of key clients
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes in both Spain and Luxembourg, ensuring our offering remains competitive and compliant.
• Champion our integrated post-merger model, highlighting the breadth of our wealth management, asset management, fund servicing, corporate finance, and global markets capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage all risks and compliance matters in accordance with the latest national and international regulations, as well as Group policies
• Inspire, motivate, and supervise a team of wealth managers and client support officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

• Master degree in Economics, Finance, Law

Niveau d'expérience minimum

11 ans et plus

Expérience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant or similar position with excellent knowledge of the Spanish market and its legal/compliance environment

Compétences recherchées

• Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of UHNW clients, with a proven ability to acquire new relationships.
• Strong experience in cross-border tax structuring and regulatory issues between Spain and Luxembourg.
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg tax structures and vehicles (e.g., holdings, dedicated funds, SPF, life insurance wrappers).
• Comprehensive understanding of Spanish tax structuring and regulatory frameworks.
• Natural communicator with a client-centric mindset and a strong drive for results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and energize teams of varying seniority, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• High level of expertise in compliance and risk management.
• Proven capacity to handle complex projects and deliver bespoke solutions for major clients.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and within the Indosuez/Credit Agricole Group, promoting a multi-booking approach for clients.
