MISSIONS

Operational Monitoring of Flows

-Monitor flows

-Manual integration of positions/corrections

-Identify anomalies and contribute to their resolution (Processing of Mona alerts)

-Perform necessary checks and alert in case of discrepancies

-Control of daily FoF provisions

Payment Processing

-Contribute to the processing of payments within the Middle Office scope

-Creation of ad hoc invoices

-Participate in associated validations, checks, and follow-ups

-Work on Fees Out / Global Distribution operations according to the defined procedure

-Participate in the implementation and security of the payment process

Reporting and Document Production

-Prepare and/or review operational reports

-Produce manual or customized reports for distributors/asset managers as needed

-Participate in the preparation of monitoring materials for internal teams (e.g., customer committee support)

Administration and Access Management / Tools

-Participate in Diver access management

-Contribute to the configuration and monitoring of subscriptions

Alert Handling and Controls

-Analyze and process Mona alerts within the Middle Office scope

-Verify discrepancies, positions, movements, and associated justifications

-Contribute to alert reviews and the definition of more robust processing rules

Continuous Improvement

-Propose actions for simplification, automation, or streamlining processes

-Participate in AI/process improvement projects

-Contribute to the modernization of operating methods

-Contribute to the centralization and standardization of tasks

Niveau d'études minimum

Formation / Spécialisation

Higher education degree in business, economics, data or finance (Master 1 or 2 in progress)

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

First experience in the Middle Office of a Financial company (middle office or management company) is considered as an asset
