What you will be working on

1. Strategic Client Advisory and Project Leadership

• Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.
• Support pre-sales activities including client demos, proof-of-concepts, and solutioning tailored to client needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning digital solutions with long-term strategic objectives.
• Oversee project delivery by managing scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

2. Solution Design, Delivery, and Enablement

• Design and build innovative tools and applications using Power Platform, M365, Copilot, and Dynamics to solve complex business challenges.
• Act as Business Analyst to capture requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
• Act as Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver projects on time and budget, and mitigate risks.
• Enable client teams by providing training, knowledge transfer, and adoption support.

3. Market Intelligence and Business Development

• Identify client needs and market trends in digital workplace, process automation, CRM/ERP, and AI-driven productivity.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.
• Leverage partnerships with Microsoft and ecosystem players to bring innovative and scalable solutions to clients.

What we look for

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in consulting in consulting, digital transformation, or IT delivery, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ideally Dynamics.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of digital workplace solutions, process automation, CRM/ERP (Dynamics), and collaboration platforms.
• Leadership and Project Delivery: Proven experience acting as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Solution Lead in complex client engagements.
• Skills:
• Excellent presentation and demo skills, comfortable in pre-sales contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business value..
• Languages: Fluency in English and French is required, with proficiency in German considered an asset.
• Educational Background: A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365, Dynamics, Azure) are a plus.
