Yor next challenge:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acqire new clients, while taking ownership of expanding relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Accontable for acqiring new clients and driving bsiness growth in key target segments (Sweden, Denmark, Poland or the Nertherlands) and markets, inclding entreprenerial clients in Erope. Core focs areas also inclde External Asset Managers, Family Offices, and Mlti-Family Offices.

Close collaboration with an expanding network of Bsiness Partners and Bsiness Introdcers to enhance market reach and client engagement.

Identify and address client needs and preferences, offering sitable prodcts and services.

Ensre the accrate exection of client instrctions to maintain a high level of service qality.

Stay pdated on developments in financial markets and ensre the bank's investment strategy is faithflly exected.

Yor skills:

Relevant degree of financial edcation and certifications.

A backgrond in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance, whether throgh edcation or practical experience, is considered an asset.

Flency in English is mandatory and in one of the following langage : Danish, Swedish, Polish or Dtch

Proven experience and expertise in Private Banking, Bsiness development and relationship management.

Strong network of mortgage brokers wold be a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of the prodcts and services in Private Banking/Wealth Management

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to bild sstainable relationships.

A high level of integrity and ethics.

Proven negotiation skills.
