Missions



By joining the Polish team, you will be responsible for your own clients portfolio's development. Moreover, you will ensure the day-to-day follow up on these clients portfolio dedicated to the Polish market.



Your main mission is to maintain and develop relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clients on the Polish market.



- Build, maintain and develop a professional network for the purpose of developing business with existing and new wealthy clients and thus, contribute actively to grow business and assets under management for the bank.



- Develop a deep knowledge of the client and his global situation and needs (financial, fiscal, legal) and build a holistic but tailored strategy concerning products and services that suit the needs of the client.



- Promote the complete services and product offer range of the bank and Group



- Manage operational aspects of the relationship with the client



- Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.

Strong client relationship and communication skills



Good knowledge of the wealth management products and services provided to U-/HNWI Client



Good knowledge of the Polish market's specificities such as tax, regulations and compliance environment



International mobility: readiness to live in /move to Luxembourg and readiness for business travels to Poland

Fluent in Polish and English. French will be considered as an additional asset
