Analyst AML KYC (Funds & Transfer Agency)

Your day-to-day

• In-depth document review: Execute the collection, analysis, and updating of institutional investor files as part of the mass remediation campaign.
• UBO Analysis: Identify and verify the ownership chain and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) of complex corporate structures.
• Screening & Filtering: Conduct compliance checks (PEPs, international sanctions, adverse media) via market tools.
• Risk Assessment: Analyze investor risk profiles and apply standard Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) measures as required.
• System Updates: Rigorously enter and document all information within the client's Transfer Agency and CRM tools.

Your profile

• Fund Specialization: Proven operational experience in onboarding and remediation within the fund industry or Transfer Agency. Retail banking or pure private banking experience excluded.

• Execution Rigor: Mastery of ex-ante controls, FATCA/CRS requirements, and sanctions screening rules.

• Soft Skills & Organization: Impeccable administrative rigor, strong attention to detail, and excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability: Residence in Luxembourg or immediate mobility, total commitment for the duration of the project.

• Languages: Mandatory fluency in French and English.
