How you'll contribute to our success

• Analyze and optimize clients' front offices (sales, marketing, and customer service models) to identify operational bottlenecks and design AI-driven, tech-enabled solutions from strategy to rollout
• Design future customer experiences across channels and translate them into concrete initiatives, roadmaps and business cases.
• Support the delivery of projects through structured planning, progress tracking, craft high-impact executive presentations and client deliverables
• Use research, data and performance indicators to analyse problems, benchmark practices and operational research to back recommendations with solid facts.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary Deloitte teams and with client stakeholders to to facilitate workshops and ensure a smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to the growth of our practice by shaping points of view on front-office transformation and AI, co-creating thought-leadership content and reusable project assets.

Your skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
• First experience with digital, AI or technology topics gained through internships, university projects, hackathons or personal projects.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise findings into clear, concise recommendations.
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel. Exposure to tools like Miro or Figma is a plus.
• Interest in AI and modern SaaS tools; any exposure to GenAI tools, low-code platforms, CRM, analytics, programming or cloud solutions is a plus.
• Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in team settings with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
