About the job Senior Fund Financial Controller

Our client is a leading investment firm managing nearly 1 billion in assets, supporting entrepreneurs from early-stage startups to growth-phase businesses, primarily in sustainable production methods in the agriculture field but not exclusively. To support its expanding operations and funds/AIFM creations, our partners are looking for a Senior Fund Financial Controller to take charge of fund reporting, financial processes, and tax, as well as audit-related matters. This role involves overseeing financial statements, managing relationships with fund administrators, GPs & LPs, and auditors, ensuring accurate tax filings, and maintaining smooth financial operations.

The position also requires hands-on involvement in budgeting, cash-flow management, and automating numerous financial processes. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in finance, fund accounting, or financial controlling, with a strong ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

This role could be based in Paris, Luxembourg, and/or Brussels and comes with great incentives on top of a strong bonus and attractive incentive scheme.
