Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Campaign Management & Growth

• Lead end-to-end deposit campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and balance growth.

• Develop targeted growth initiatives using customer insights, analytics, and market trends.

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Portfolio Analytics & Performance

• Track and analyze key portfolio metrics, including balances, customer growth, attrition, and campaign outcomes.

• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Monitor competitor activities and market developments to enhance performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marketing, Wealth, Sales, Analytics, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver business objectives.

• Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans for campaigns and growth initiatives.

• Drive collaboration to improve customer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure all campaigns and initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Support governance reviews, audit activities, and risk mitigation efforts.

Job Requirements:-

• 5-10 years' experience in retail banking, deposits, campaign management, or portfolio management.

• Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

• Good understanding of deposit products, customer portfolio management, and campaign analytics.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Commercially driven with a customer-centric and collaborative mindset.
