• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create, curate, and manage compelling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Strong understanding of platform-native content formats, including static posts, carousels, short-form videos, stories, and reels.
• Ability to develop content that aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and audience insights.
• Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and on-brand captions, including CTA-driven and campaign-led messaging.
• Experience briefing or collaborating with designers, videographers, and agencies for visual and video content production.
• Basic capability to adapt or review creative assets to ensure visual consistency and messaging clarity.
• Experience ensuring all social media content complies with brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with social performance metrics such as engagement rate, video views, reach, sentiment, and follower growth.
• Good grasp of brand tone, messaging consistency, and customer journey across digital touchpoints.
• Able to evaluate and brief content for social media, digital ads, websites, and landing pages.
• Strong coordination skills across internal teams (brand, product, compliance, operations) and external partners.
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable presenting updates and recommendations to managers and senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and highly accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools or platforms.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Ability to converse and write in both BM & English.
