At CACEIS Malaysia, our HR team is dedicated to driving a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling business growth through strategic people initiatives.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage all industrial and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with companies' global HR policies. This role plays a critical part in fostering a fair, compliant, and high performance work environment while mitigating employee relations risks.

Working hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Level of minimal experience
11 years and more

Experience

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in IR/ER, preferably within financial services, banking, or multinational environments.
• Strong experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and domestic inquiries.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
