How you will create an impact:

• You are the engine of a project team.


• You are directly involved in all phases of the project, from drafting proposals and reaching out to clients to setting up analyses and presenting insights.


• You manage a project team.


• You supervise and mentor junior colleagues.


• You are part of a cluster team of 10 FTEs, where the focus is on team-based business development, personal development and culture.

Your profile:

• You have 2+ years of work experience at a consultancy or in a similar environment and are able to grow with us.


• You have a master's degree.


• You enjoy working in teams.


• You have a passion for commercial topics and superior analytical, quantitative and communication skills.


• You are entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, curious, driven and have a sharp and critical mindset.


• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
