Job Description
Are you an independent and driven HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to help enhance the employee experience and contribute to the success of a growing company in the market research sector.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, while also acting as a strategic partner to the management team. Together with the HR Officer, you will ensure a seamless Employee Journey-from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Taking the lead on initiatives related to employee engagement, recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and organizational design.
• Monitoring and adapting HR policies in line with legal requirements and ensuring they fit the company's strategic goals.
• Providing strategic advice on HR policies and processes, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all employees on operational and personal HR matters, alongside the HR Officer.
• Handling personnel and payroll administration tasks, including maintaining the employee directory and ensuring the accuracy of records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role at the Medior/Senior level.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-oriented approach.

Experience with HR software, particularly AFAS, is considered a plus.
