On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a BIM Engineer to join their innovative team in Staphorst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to new construction and large-scale renovation projects using advanced BIM modeling techniques.

Job Description
As a BIM Engineer, you will:

• Set up and manage BIM models for various projects
• Work on both new construction and large-scale renovation projects
• Collaborate in pairs on larger projects, taking full responsibility for the process up to factory production
• Serve as the main point of contact for factory personnel
• Work partly at the office and partly at client locations

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing projects in Revit
• Creating and detailing 3D drawings at various project stages
• Managing and guiding a BIM modeler on large projects
• Liaising with clients and collaborating with colleagues in the construction department
• Combining engineering with work preparation, including discussing assembly drawings with clients and ordering materials
• Contributing to team tasks such as scheduling, identifying issues, maintaining templates, and mentoring colleagues or interns

Requirements

• HBO or MBO level education in a relevant field
• Experience with Revit and BIM modeling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
