ROLE
As a member of the COO L&D Global Team, the Financial Reporting Associate Training Consultant will partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning solutions for the Financial Reporting function.
This role is ideally suited for a professional with a strong background in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, or related financial services disciplines who has the drive to pivot from an operational or client-facing role into Learning & Development. The successful candidate will leverage their subject matter expertise to develop, facilitate, and continuously enhance training programs that support business objectives and employee development globally.
Under general supervision, the Associate Training Consultant will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of functional learning solutions, while also managing the operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.

Required
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, Fund Accounting, or a related financial services function.
- Strong technical understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Previous experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning sessions.
- Experience within financial services, asset management, fund administration, banking, or professional services environments.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
