Claims Services Processing Specialist with French

You will be responsible for the pre-opening of a Fleet Motor claim file, working in close coordination with the France Fleet Motor Claims teams.

What the day will look like

• Capture the information required for the pre-opening of a claims file
• Use a dedicated information system to complete and register claim notifications
• Check that the data entered in the information system is consistent with the information provided by the client (Policy, verify the name, the registration number , Subsidiaries etc.)
• Be responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, both towards the client and towards Aon

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• With a medium education qualification in insurance, you have a first successful experience-ideally in Motor claims handling.
• You are familiar with industry standard agreements and rules.
• Your previous experience has demonstrated your autonomy, rigor and team spirit.
  Full proficiency in French (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory.
