What the day will look like

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

• Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities, operating model evolution, and organizational growth objectives.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and colleague experience.
• Identify and accelerate opportunities for simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation across business processes.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies that ensure successful implementation and realization of business benefits.

Productivity & Value Realization

• Own a portfolio of productivity and cost optimization initiatives, delivering measurable savings and operational improvements.
• Establish governance, reporting, and accountability frameworks to track benefit realization, return on investment, and strategic outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to prioritize investments and ensure alignment between transformation efforts and financial objectives.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement focused on eliminating waste, improving cycle times, and enhancing business performance.

AI & Intelligent Automation Strategy

• Lead the organization's adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale AI-enabled solutions that create business value and enhance employee effectiveness.
• Establish governance and best practices to ensure responsible, scalable, and sustainable implementation of AI solutions.
• Partner with technology and business teams to build an innovation pipeline and accelerate the deployment of new capabilities.

Talent Development & Leadership

• Build and develop a high-performing team of transformation, analytics, automation, and AI professionals.
• Create development pathways for emerging talent, including structured coaching, mentoring, rotational opportunities, and career progression planning.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Develop future leaders capable of driving enterprise change and digital transformation.

Stakeholder & Executive Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on transformation strategy, productivity opportunities, workforce effectiveness, and AI adoption.
• Influence and align stakeholders across business functions, regions, and leadership levels to achieve enterprise objectives.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews to drive decision-making and remove barriers to success.
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, HR, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

• Experience leading global teams and managing complex portfolios of strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases, measure value realization, and track return on investment.

Transformation & Technology Expertise

• Strong understanding of process optimization, change management, performance improvement, and operating model design.
• Experience leveraging technologies such as Power BI, Databricks (SQL & Python), automation platforms, AI tools, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Ability to translate emerging technology capabilities into practical business outcomes.

Leadership Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience driving automation, digitization, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives (e.g., LLM, workflow automation, intelligent reporting, predictive analytics, and generative AI assistants).
