PRPOSE OF JOB
The Assistant Manager will spport theday-to-day management of the Banking & Treasry operations in Poland,overseeing the exection of operational banking activities and ensringworkflows are prioritised effectively so transactions are processed accratelyand within bank deadlines.
The Assistant Manager will spport the management of the Banking and Treasry operations team in Poland, overseeing daily operational workflows and ensring transactions are processed accrately, within bank deadlines and in line with internal procedres.
The role combines operational deliverywith team spervision, ensring operational processes are followed consistentlywhile spporting the Manager in maintaining service levels and operationalcontrols.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DTIES
Spport the Manager in the day-to-day spervision of the Banking and Treasry Operations team in Poland. Oversee daily operational workflows ensring transactions are prioritised and processed within bank ct-off times. Execte and review payments, foreign exchange transactions, fixed deposits and related banking activities. Ensre operational processes and procedres are followed consistently in line with the Banking & Treasry operations framework and internal policies. Act as a first escalation point for operational qeries and isses arising from daily transaction processing. Act as an athorised signatory for payments, foreign exchange transactions, fixed deposits and receipts in accordance with internal approval procedres. Ensre reconciliations, monitoring reports and operational controls are completed accrately and within agreed timeframes Provide gidance, coaching and spport to team members to ensre consistent operational delivery. Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and banking partners. Identify operational isses and escalate risks or control concerns to the Manager. Adhere to Risk and Compliance procedres in relation to reglatory reqirements and AML legislation. Adhere to CPD reqirements in accordance with qalification level and internal procedres. Adhere to the JTC core vales and expected behaviors. Any other dties as deemed necessary by management. ESSENTIAL REQIREMENTS Experience within banking operations, treasry operations or payment environments. Strong technical knowledge of payments, FX transactions and fixed deposit administration. Experience spervising or managing operational teams. nderstanding of operational risk, controls and governance. Ability to manage high-volme workflows within deadline driven environments. Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. Strong commnication and stakeholder management skills. High level of accracy and attention to detail.
