Location : This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Warsaw office located at 48 Domaniewska Street (3 days from the office, 2 days from home).

The Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat. As a vital member of our team, you'll not only process orders and maintain customer data but also expertly handle inquiries and complaints with efficiency and finesse. Working in a vibrant multinational environment, you will collaborate across departments, forging strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance. As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in influencing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships, contributing significantly to the renowned high-level service that defines RS.




What You Will Be Doing

• Support customers by handling inbound calls and resolving enquiries professionally.


• Process and manage customer orders through SAP and internal systems.


• Track orders, provide delivery updates, and communicate any changes.


• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.


• Maintain accurate customer records and process credits, debits, and special orders.


• Promote all our services in particular our website functionalities.


• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.


• Collaborate with colleagues on continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.


• Handle general administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.

What You will Bring

• Fluent level of Slovak language and good command of written and spoken English


• Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to adapt to the changing environment


• Ability to work under time pressure


• Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
