As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business applications and digital solutions by:
The GMS Tax Technology team (Global Mobility Services - GMS) develops and supports innovative technology solutions that help tax professionals and global organizations manage complex tax and mobility processes.
We design, implement, and continuously improve business applications, workflow systems, document management solutions, and automation tools used by international clients and internal teams worldwide. By combining business expertise with modern technology, we deliver efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions that support thousands of users globally.
- university degree in Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
- fluent command of English, both written and spoken,
- previous internship or experience in business analysis, software testing, or IT support,
- strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into clear requirements,
- strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work,
- willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business domains,
- ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple priorities,
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams,
- practical experience using AI-powered tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar solutions) to improve productivity, research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
- experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io) and notations (e.g. BPMN),
- familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- basic knowledge of SQL,
- experience working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI),
- understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC),
- interest in UX/UI and user-centered design.
As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business applications and digital solutions by:
- gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements,
- preparing functional specifications and process documentation,
- testing and validating implemented solutions,
- investigating reported issues and helping identify root causes,
- supporting software implementation and configuration activities,
