As a (Senior) Director AI Engineering, yo will shape the strategic direction of or AI Engineering practice while leading large-scale AI transformation programs for global clients. Yo will combine commercial leadership, technical expertise, and people leadership to bild scalable AI capabilities, develop innovative AI offerings, and expand Simon-Kcher's market position in enterprise AI.



Working closely with senior client exectives, partners, technology providers, and mltidisciplinary teams, yo will drive the adoption of AI at scale while growing both or client relationships and or AI Engineering capabilities. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 34 to PLN 35 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Define enterprise AI strategies, operating models, and AI transformation roadmaps for global clients.

Advise exective stakeholders on the adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI and enterprise architectre.

Lead mltiple AI transformation programs while ensring delivery excellence across complex client engagements.

Bild and grow long-term client relationships and identify opportnities to expand AI engagements.

Drive commercial growth by shaping proposals, developing new AI offerings, and contribting to bsiness development activities.

Lead mltidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consltants, and technology specialists while fostering a high-performance cltre.

Establish engineering standards, AI operating models, governance frameworks, and resable methodologies across projects.

Drive capability development throgh thoght leadership, resable intellectal property, accelerators, and innovation initiatives.

Collaborate with strategic technology partners and contribte to Simon-Kcher's long-term AI strategy and market positioning.

Yor profile:

Yo have 7+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.

Yo have a niversity degree in Compter Science, Data Science, Engineering, or eqivalent practical experience.

Yo combine strong AI expertise with commercial experience across pricing, sales, marketing, and cstomer experience.

Yo have experience in leading technical projects and take on ownership of technical soltions.

Yo have strong people leadership experience and enjoy coaching, developing, and growing technical teams.

Yo have demonstrated sccess in bsiness development, proposal development, and expanding client relationships.

Yo have knowledge of Power Atomate or similar workflow atomation platforms.

Yo are strong in Python, inclding API development and integration patterns.

Yo have deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based soltions (RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

Experience with Azre ecosystem (AI Fondry, Container Apps, Fnctions).

Yo commnicate clearly in English (C1+) and can align technical decisions with bsiness constraints.

Yo are willing to travel as reqired by client/project.
