Your role

Are you interested in Investment Fund industry? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information? Are you detailed oriented and able to reconcile variances in financial data reports?

We're looking for a Investment Fund Reporting Specialist to:

• be responsible for delivery of key information documents for a variety of investment funds (different asset classes, investment strategies, legal structures), domiciled in Switzerland and in EU
• preparation of special content related to the reporting process, like preparation of synthetic risk indicator (including analysis of performance scenarios and document narratives)
• preparation of client reports and marketing materials comprising fund's performance, key master data, portfolio breakdowns and valuation.

Asset Servicing offers a unique opportunity in taking part in our strategic business growth initiative. We are heavily investing in our organization in Poland, while significantly transforming our business. The foreseeable future will be eventful, as we are planning to upgrade our platform, grow substantially in terms of assets under administration as well as by the client base.
Several functions in Wroclaw and Krakow, such as Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Valuations, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, Transfer Agency and Project Management will be further developed over the next years. As a member of the team, you'll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• proven expertise on legal or marketing reporting requirements (through education and/or previous work experiences in asset servicing company)
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English (German would be an asset)
• thorough understanding of legal documents (KIDs) and marketing materials (Factsheets), experience in analyzing investment vehicles' portfolio, performance and investment policy would be a strong asset
• methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• conscientious and focused on objectives with a can-do attitude
